Mortgaid is not a traditional mortgage lender, bank refinance program, government grant, or loan forgiveness service. It is homeowner- and family-centered mortgage relief funding for responsible homeowners (spouses, parents and grandparents inclusive) who are managing or pursuing their primary residence, family home, or first-time purchase.

 

Self-applications from individuals are welcome; however, family-inclusive applications (spouses, parents and grandparents inclusive) are strongly encouraged for stronger support and faster processing. Applications not tied to legitimate homeownership needs will not be considered.
